She Who Inspires is a multidisciplinary, site-specific performance tour sharing the stories of women. The inaugural 2024 production took place at 250 Cumberland Street in Rochester, NY inside of an old post office building constructed in the early 1900s.

Local collaborating artists joined Ballaro Dance in a week-long creative residency centering on two themes: "She Who Inspires" and "Where I'm From" using a poem structure of the same title developed by George Ella Lyon.

Audience traveled throughout the building experiencing movement, music, spoken word, film, various textures, storytelling, and community.
