PILATES IN THE PARK
Join us for an energizing Pilates session at Carl Schurz Park taught by Hannah Dillenbeck. Breathe in the fresh air and feel the grass beneath your feet as you strengthen your core and improve your flexibility. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, all are welcome to join us for a fun and energizing workout surrounded by nature. The session is open level with options to scale the intensity. BYO mat, water bottle & vibe! Class will pivot to virtual pending inclement weather.
